Who Publishes LifeCalc
LifeCalc is owned and operated by Honey Badger Labs LLC, a limited liability company based in Sheridan, WY. The calculators and guides are built and written by Frank Sterling, a disclosed pen name used by LifeCalc's founder. Frank Sterling is not a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney. - State tax brackets — All 50 states plus DC, checked against state tax authority publications

- Cost of living — LifeCalc-compiled indices for 100+ US metropolitan areas, informed by BLS price data (estimates, not an official statistic)
- Retirement limits — 2026 401(k) ($24,500), IRA ($7,500), and Roth IRA contribution limits and phase-out ranges
