Overview

LifeCalc (lifecalc.co) is operated by Honey Badger Labs LLC, Sheridan, WY. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. For how we source and check our data, see our methodology.

Data We Collect

All calculations run entirely in your browser (client-side), and we do not store the numbers you enter into our calculators. The one exception is if you choose to email yourself your results: we then send your email address and the calculator results to our email provider to deliver that message, and add your address to our newsletter list (see Newsletter below).

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. This data helps us improve our calculators and content.

If you subscribe to our email newsletter, we collect the email address you enter and store it with our email service provider (Kit) to send you the newsletter and the resources you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Cookies

We do not set any first-party cookies. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to distinguish unique users and sessions. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Local Storage

Some calculators save your inputs to your browser's local storage so you can return to your calculations later. This data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site (Google Analytics for usage statistics and our email service provider for newsletter delivery). We have no access to the financial information you enter into the calculators.
